XCANFIELD -- Western Reserve Village Church at Canfield Fairgrounds was the setting at 2 p.m. June 17 for the marriage of Taryn Marie Kohler and Joshua John Hale, both of 158 Callahan Road.
The Rev. Nelson Wilhelm officiated for the daughter of Nelson and Sheila Gordon, 4821 Donald Ave., Richmond Heights, and Richard and Carol Kohler, 201 Riviera Court, Punta Gorda, Fla., and the son of Daniel and Cindy Hale, 9643 Mahoning Ave., North Jackson.
After a reception at A La Cart, the couple left on a wedding trip to St. Petersburg, Fla.
They are living at the Callahan Road address.
A strapless, A-line gown of light-gold satin accented by crystals was worn by the bride.
Honor attendants Alexa Arndt, the bride's niece, and Melanie Fusco, both of Canfield, wore espresso-brown gowns.
Jared Hale of North Jackson served as best man for his brother, and Kai Kohler of Charlotte, N.C., brother of the bride, was a groomsman. Guests were ushered by Scott Sharo of Rootstown and Drew Ridgley of Boardman.
The bride is an international-student adviser at Hiram College. She earned a bachelor's degree at Ohio State University and a master's in education at Youngstown State University.
The groom is a sprinkler fitter for Fire Foe Corp. in Girard.
