Outdoor worship
YOUNGSTOWN -- Tabernacle Baptist Church, 707 Arlington St., will hold outdoor worship services at 6 p.m. Friday and July 28, Aug. 4 and 11.
Weekend of events
CLARKS MILLS, Pa. -- The annual For Heaven's Sake weekend is planned at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. July 22 and 10:30 a.m. July 23 at Camp Wilhelm, 1401 Creek Road, with Christian singers, bands and speakers. Participants will be Linda Weber, From the Heart, Mark and Terri Eggleston, Jackie Webb, Etta Irwin, Set Free, J.C. Witness, Glory Bound and Infinite Joy. Proceeds will benefit Helping Hands Ministry in Stoneboro, Pa.
An outdoor worship service is 11 a.m. Sundays at Camp Wilhelm and is planned through Labor Day weekend.
Workshop on healing
FARRELL, Pa. -- A workshop called "Let the Healing Begin," at 10 a.m. today at Wind in the Word Outreach Ministry, 947 Hamilton Ave. Speakers and their topics will be: Rebecca Reed of the Family Worship Center of Youngstown, "Healing for the Heart"; Tara Jones Overseer of Lighthouse Outreach of Hope Ministry of New Castle, Pa., "Healing for the Soul"; and Janet L. Newell, Wind in the Word, "Healing for the Spirit." Musical guest will be evangelist Peggy Styles of First Baptist Church, Farrell. There is no registration fee but a free-will offering will be accepted.
Spiritual society
CANFIELD -- Youngstown Spiritual Society will hold a message and meditation service from 10 to 11 a.m. Sunday at the Ursuline Center, 4300 Shields Road. Vince Lisi will present "The 'AHA' from Within!" followed by meditation and shared prayer.
Labyrinth walk
VILLA MARIA, Pa. -- EverGreen will hold an outdoor labyrinth walk from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Villa Maria Community Center. The labyrinth, a tool for enriching the spiritual journey, is a geometric form that defines a sacred space. Sister Therese Pavilonis will offer a brief history and introduction before the walk.

Learn about Bah & aacute;' & iacute;
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- A musical event and program on the Bah & aacute;' & iacute; faith will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the home of Patrick and Susan Crossley, 380 Chapin Road. Chris Ruhe and the Blazin Band will perform. Ruhe is a Bah & aacute;' & iacute; and a blues-jazz musician and producer who continues to play with Pete Seeger.
Guest speaker
COLUMBIANA -- Jay Clark, an educator and musician, will speak at Zion Hill Church of the Brethren, 14550 New Buffalo Road, at 6 p.m. Sunday. His topic will be "Three Things Everyone Has to Learn and Teach."
Gospel program
YOUNGSTOWN -- Women are invited to wear their red hats and men, red ties, to a gospel program at 6 p.m. July 22 at First Calvary Baptist Church, 126 E. Wood St. The event will feature "pray-formance," worship and fellowship.
Healing service
YOUNGSTOWN -- Special healing and deliverance services are planned at 6 p.m. Friday and July 22 and 23 at God's Tabernacle of Faith, Healing and Deliverance, 801 Wick Ave. at McGuffey Road. Special teaching services are scheduled for noon Friday and July 22.
Family day planned
WARREN -- New Jerusalem Fellowship Church, 2555 Palmyra Road, will hold its annual family and friends day July 23. There will be services at 8:30 and 11 a.m.
