Meeting for adults to earn degrees

CANFIELD -- A public meeting on the Malone College accelerated degree completion program will be held at 6 p.m. Aug. 3 at the Malone College Continuing Studies Center located the Westford Professional Centre, 4137 Boardman-Canfield Road.
The program is designed for adults who have college credit but did not complete their bachelor's degrees. The program provides a bachelor of arts degree with a major in management. There are three focuses: organizational management, systems management and marketing management.
The program is also available online.
Students need at least 60 transferable semester credits to take the program, but counselors can assist students with credit gathering options to help the students earn credit. To assist students in fulfilling all graduation requirements, students can also generate credit for life experience through a course called Portfolio Development.
