MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, July 19: Chicken and macaroni salad, three-bean salad, cottage cheese with a regular or unsweetened peach half, wheat bread with margarine, regular or unsweetened citrus sections and milk.
Thursday, July 20: Spaghetti and meatballs, green beans, spinach salad with French dressing, white bread with margarine, apple and milk.
Friday, July 21: Chicken fingers with barbecue sauce, rice pilaf, peas and carrots, wheat bread with margarine, orange and milk.
Saturday, July 22: Ham and cheese on hamburger bun with mustard, potato salad, grape juice, apple and milk.
Monday, July 24: Pepper steak, O'Brien potatoes, brussels sprouts with cheese sauce, wheat bread with margarine, regular or unsweetened diced pears and milk.
Tuesday, July 25: Barbecued chicken, corn custard, baby carrots, dinner roll with margarine, regular or unsweetened strawberry ice cream and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
Wednesday, July 19: Chicken and macaroni salad, three-bean salad, cottage cheese with peach half, wheat bread with margarine, regular or diet citrus sections and milk.
Thursday, July 20: Spaghetti and meatballs with Parmesan cheese, green beans, spinach salad with sweet and sour dressing, white bread with margarine, apple and milk.
Friday, July 21: Roast beef with gravy, rice pilaf, peas and carrots, wheat bread with margarine, orange and milk.
Monday, July 24: Mock pepper steak, O'Brien potatoes, brussels sprouts with cheese sauce, wheat bread with margarine, regular or diet diced pears and milk.
Tuesday, July 25: Barbecued chicken, baked corn casserole, baby carrots, dinner roll with margarine, regular or unsweetened strawberry ice cream and milk.
