Miss Stephens to be bride of Vincent Clements

YOUNGSTOWN -- Sylvia E. Stephens of Youngstown is announcing the coming marriage of her daughter, Rapunzel Melisa Stephens of Hubbard, and Vincent C. Clements, a son of Edna C. Clements and Winston Clements, all of Daisytown, Pa.
The bride-elect also is a daughter of the late Wesley J. Stephens.
The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. Aug. 12 at Price Memorial A.M.E. Church, and a reception will be held that evening at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall. Invitations will be extended.
Miss Stephens holds a master's degree in criminal justice from Youngstown State University and is a correctional treatment specialist with the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, in Bruceton Mills, W.Va.
Her fianc & eacute; earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice at Pennsylvania State University and is a lieutenant with the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Bruceton Mills. He retired as a sergeant first class from the U.S. Army.
