Fischer-Sawchyn wedding plans are made known

BOARDMAN -- J. Bernard and Suzanne Fischer of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Erica Marie Fischer of Stow, to Michael John Sawchyn of Streetsboro.
Mr. Sawchyn is a son of Marsha Sawchyn of Middleburg Heights and the late Ivan Sawchyn.
The couple will be married at 2 p.m. Sept. 30 during an open ceremony at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for a reception to be held that evening at The Legends of Fonderlac in Poland.
Miss Fischer is a magna cum laude graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree and is pursuing her master's in business administration while working as a credit analyst for Sky Bank in Cleveland.
Her fianc & eacute; graduated cum laude from KSU with a bachelor's degree and is employed as an assistant bank manager with Charter One Bank in Hudson.
