POLAND -- Holy Family Church was the setting at 1:30 p.m. June 10 as the Rev. Michael Swierz officiated for the wedding of Patricia Jean Diorio and Dr. Christopher Paul Clautti.
A reception was held at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman for the daughter of Dr. William and Charlotte Diorio of Poland and the son of Richard and Gina Clautti of Boardman.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and live in Poland.
The bride's A-line gown was fashioned of white silk with an eggshell underlay.
Cheryl Schrickel was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Tina Diorio, Mary Simko, Gina Fecko, Valerie Diorio, Lisa Clautti, Brianne Diorio, Shannon Huzicka, Patricia Pash, Shannon Radecki and Vivian Velez. They wore wine-colored gowns. Junior bridesmaid was Christine Simko, and flower girls were Lia and Alexa Fecko and Gia Diorio.
Best man was Joseph Clautti, and groomsmen were William Diorio III, Dominic Diorio, Thomas Simko, Patrick Fecko, Dr. Tyson Schrickel, Anthony Modarelli, James Gomochak, William Cook, Albert Rubosky and Kevin Willis. Thomas and Daniel Simko were ring bearers.
The bride graduated from St. Mary's College with a bachelor's degree in communications and is a podiatric assistant for Dr. W.S. Diorio Inc. in Poland. Her husband holds a bachelor's in prephysical therapy from Baldwin-Wallace College and a bachelor's in human biology and doctor of chiropractic degree from Logan College. He has a private practice in Boardman.
