Pesco is tied for the top earned run average in the New York-Penn League with a 0.50 mark. The 6-foot-6 right-hander was brilliant is his last outing, going six shutout innings with seven strikeouts. He is currently with the Scrappers on rehab from the Class AA Akron Aeros.Rubber boy: Dan Browning, the Rubber Boy, was a big hit at Sunday's game. The youngster twists and contorts his body into unbelievable positions and even squeezed his entire body through a open tennis racquet. The California native was the guest of the Scrappers.
