Monday's Best Bets on TV

"Caught in the Moment" (9 p.m., Animal Planet): This new series follows filmmaker Tristan Bayer and naturalist Vanessa Garnick -- lifelong best friends -- as they document seldom-seen wildlife behavior. The opener sends them to Costa Rica, where up to 150,000 turtles are expected to arrive on a 1-kilometer stretch of beach for their annual breeding.
"Not Like Everyone Else" (9 p.m., Lifetime): This made-for-cable film was inspired by the true-life story of Brandi Blackbear, a Native American and teen nonconformist who felt her civil rights were violated when school officials made her the focus of a "witch hunt" in the aftermath of the Columbine High School tragedy. Alia Shawkat and Illeana Douglas star.
"Pee-wee's Playhouse" (11 a.m., Cartoon Network): Two decades after its debut, "Pee-wee's Playhouse" is back. Reruns of the series starring Paul Reubens as bowtie-bedecked funmeister Pee-wee will air at 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday on Adult Swim, Cartoon Network's late-night block of programs for grown-ups. The Emmy-winning series, which aired beginning in 1986 as a CBS Saturday morning show, combined live action, puppets and a variety of animation styles and boasted impressive players including Phil Hartman, Laurence Fishburne and S. Epatha Merkerson. All the original 45 episodes will air, along with "Pee-wee's Playhouse Christmas Special."
"Lost Worlds" (9 p.m., History Channel): Were the places real, or are they just legend? Viewers are led on a tour of storied fortresses, secret worlds and lost civilizations in this series. Investigators examine the castle of the real Count Dracula, Winston Churchill's secret bunkers, Ramses' Egyptian empire and, in Monday's series premiere, the remnants of the Knights Templar, referenced in "The Da Vinci Code."
