D.J. Bailey, above, of Warren, employed by Tinkler Construction, works in the roof of Warren's Community Amphitheater downtown. The amphitheater has used temporary, rented roofing for events. The back end won't have a closed roof structure; people will still be able to look through the amphitheater and see the Mahoning River.
