Woman dies after falling off balcony

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (AP) -- A 19-year-old Ohio woman fell from a seventh-floor hotel balcony to a balcony one floor below and was killed, authorities said.
Joslyn Wagner of Hamersville, Ohio, about 30 miles southeast of Cincinnati in Brown County, fell onto the vacant room's balcony about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, said Tamara Willard, Horry County deputy coroner.
Several people were in the seventh-floor room at the Sands Ocean Club Resort, but no one saw Wagner fall, authorities said.
Friends noticed she was missing and spent an hour looking for her until someone looked over the balcony and saw Wagner's knee protruding between the balcony rails a floor below, Willard said.
The people in the room appeared to have been drinking and toxicology tests have been ordered, authorities said.
