Columbiana Co. issues 2 secret indictments

LISBON -- An East Liverpool man wanted in several break-ins in that city is one of two people recently indicted by a Columbiana County grand jury. Court officials made the two secret indictments public Wednesday.
Charles L. Tudor, 28, of Sophia Street, was indicted on three counts of breaking and entering for break-ins at Gilkenson's Short Stop, 1216 Avondale St. in March; Rayl's Market, 246 W. Fourth St., on June 4; and at Seventh Street Video, 142 W. Seventh St., on June 6.
Also indicted was Anna M. Allen, 33, of Franklin Avenue, Salem, for possession of drugs.
