Spectators take shelter under umbrellas as a fast-moving thunderstorm dampens the fireworks display at Roosevelt Park in Campbell, right. Fourth of July festivities still to come today include a pool party at 9 p.m. at the city park in East Palestine; an Ohio National Guard Band performance at 7 p.m. at Maag Theatre in Boardman Township Park; fireworks at Firestone Park in Columbiana; and a fireworks display at 8 p.m. at the W.D. Packard Music Hall and Convention Center in Warren.
