Hay fires two-hit, 9-0 shutout
YOUNGSTOWN -- John Hay pitched a two-hit shutout and Adam Cox ripped a two-run home run as Bud's/DiCioccio Construction posted a 9-0 victory over Youngstown Metros in Youngstown Class AA baseball action Saturday at Pemberton Park.
Mark Nightingale, Justin Banks and Josh Conkey all had two hits for the winners.
Tom Clayton and Gino Modarelli had the only hits for Metros.

WARREN -- Ultimate Building Maintenance scored the deciding run in the bottom of the seventh inning with two outs to clinch a 2-1 victory over Mahoning Valley Knights. Chad Petty pitched seven-inning, seven-strikeout victory oat MacGregor Park.
Pat Stantial, Adam Morgan and Mike McKee had two hits apiece for Ultimate while Jon Virostko had two hits for Knights.

Bob's Bail Bonding got off to a quick start with eight runs in the first four innings. Joe Hardy, Joe Ross, Drew Mullee and Don Stephenson each had two of Bail Bonding's nine hits. One of Stephenson's hits was a double. Mike O'Neill had two of P.I & amp; I's three hits.

Bail Bonding snapped a 1-1 tie in the top of the second inning en route to victory with only five hits.
Joe Ross had two hits and two RBIs for Bob's while Mike Lepro had a double and two RBIs for the winners.
Jeremy Burnett walked five batters, but allowed only three hits during the complete seven-inning victory.
