XLAS VEGAS -- The exchange of nuptial vows took place during a 5 p.m. ceremony Dec. 20 as Amber Ann Cochran, 2505 Chestnut St., Girard, and Andrew Scott Apisa, 1279 Woodledge Drive, Mineral Ridge were united in marriage at The Little White Wedding Chapel.
The Rev. David Robinson presided at the wedding for the daughter of Thomas and Judy Cochran, 554 Congress Hill Road, Franklin, Pa., and the son of Andrew and Marna Apisa of the Mineral Ridge address.
A postnuptial reception in honor of the couple was held Dec. 24 at Alberini's Restaurant in Niles.
The bride wore a strapless A-line gown of white satin that was designed with a draped front and a sweep train.
The bride graduated from Thiel College in Greenville, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in business administration and actuarial studies. She is a financial investment associate with The Cafaro Co. in Youngstown.
The groom is a high-school mathematics teacher in Weathersfield School District, Mineral Ridge. He received a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a secondary education certificate from Thiel College and a master's degree in education from the Walden University online program.
The Apisas live in at the Girard address.
