South Florida 68,No. 21 Notre Dame 64, OT
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Ezria Parsons hit a 3-pointer with two seconds left to force overtime, then Jessica Jackson hit a key 3-pointer for South Florida, which survived a late rally to beat Notre Dame. The Bulls, who led by as many as 15 points, needed Jackson's 3-pointer with 2:12 left in overtime for a 65-62 lead. Notre Dame cut the lead to a point on a fastbreak layup by Charel Allen. But Jessica Dickson, who scored 13 of her 18 points after halftime, hit a pair of free throws with 20 seconds left for a 67-64 lead. Megan Duffy, who led Notre Dame (12-7, 3-5 Big East) with 25 points, had a chance to tie it, but she put up an air-ball from 3-point range with 3 seconds left. The Irish lost for the sixth time in their last nine games.
No. 9 Baylor 90, Kansas 40
WACO, Texas -- Sophia Young scored 17 points and grabbed nine rebounds to help Baylor. Five other Lady Bears reached double figures in the rout with Angela Tisdale adding 13. Chameka Scott and Jhasmin Player had 12 apiece. Jordan Davis also contributed 11, while Tricia Abbott had 10. Crystal Kemp led Kansas with 10 points.
No. 10 Rutgers 65, Georgetown 51
WASHINGTON -- Cappie Pondexter scored 24 points and Essence Carson added 13 to lead Rutgers to its 15th straight Big East win. Mariota Theodoris added eight rebounds and Kia Vaughn had five blocked shots for Rutgers. Kristin Heidloff led Georgetown with 17 points, including four 3-pointers. The Hoyas' top scorer, Kieraah Marlow, who averages 16.9 points per game, made one of 10 shots and finished with seven points.
No. 13 Oklahoma 81, Texas A & amp;M 72
COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Freshman Courtney Paris scored 18 points and Chelsi Welch and Britney Brown added 16 apiece to lead Oklahoma. Oklahoma used an 8-2 run early in the second half to break a 38-38 tie and take a lead that the team wouldn't relinquish. Paris, the leading scorer in the Big 12 Conference, also had 14 rebounds, five assists and two blocks. Texas A & amp;M was led by A'Quonesia Franklin who had 20 points and 10 assists and Takia Starks added 19 points.
No. 19 Arizona State 67, Washington 61
SEATTLE -- Amy Denson scored 18 points off the bench, including a one-handed leaner with 44 seconds left for Arizona State. With the shot clock about to expire, Denson stepped between two defenders and made the 14-foot shot to give the Sun Devils a 63-58 lead. Washington turned the ball over on its next possession and Arizona State made four free throws in the final 33 seconds. Kristen O'Neill led four Huskies in double figures with 15 points off the bench.
No. 20 BYU 70, Colorado State 54
PROVO, Utah -- Dani Kubik scored 15 points and Ambrosia Anderson added 14 to lead Brigham Young. The Cougars, who led by as many as 27 points midway through the second half, won their ninth straight game. Sarah Hunter had 15 points to lead Colorado State, which lost its sixth straight game, and never seriously threatened after a 16-0 run for BYU in the first half.
