Southern wins on Puckett's late free throws

COLUMBIANA -- Nick Puckett made two free throws with 3.3 seconds remaining to give Southern High a 36-34 victory over Columbiana in a Tri-County League boys basketball game Friday night.
Anthony Castro tossed in 12 points while the Indians (9-5, 4-4) also got 10 points each from Aaron Boston and Dan DeSellum.
Columbiana (3-11, 1-7) which led 17-10 after one quarter, but never scored more than six points in the last three, was led by Morgan Hart with 10 points.
Crestview 60, Leetonia 52
LEETONIA -- Crestview used a 19-point third quarter to ease into a 46-40 lead entering the final eight minutes.
Tony Amabile scored 17 points and Andy Walton had 10 more for the Rebels (10-4, 6-2 TCL).
Cory Rauschenbach led the Bears (7-7, 3-5) with 18 points.
United 47, Lisbon 44
LISBON -- Trailing by five points (31-26) after three periods, United rallied to post the narrow victory.
Tyler Boyle scored 11 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead United (4-8, 3-5 TCL).
Marcus Judy collected 16 points and three assists while Steve Tsilimos had 12 points for Lisbon (5-8, 4-4).
