Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Feb. 1: Brunswick stew, cauliflower, cornbread muffin with margarine, fresh fruit and milk.
Thursday, Feb. 2: Johnny Marzetti with Parmesan cheese, green beans, tossed salad with Italian dressing, Italian bread with margarine, regular or diet Ambrosia salad and milk.
Friday, Feb. 3: Mock pepper steak, cheesy onion mashed potatoes, spinach with vinegar, wheat bread with margarine, regular or unsweetened fruit mix and milk.
Saturday, Feb. 4: Turkey and Swiss cheese on wheat bread with mayonnaise, potato salad, pretzels, orange juice and milk.
Monday, Feb. 6: Stuffed pepper with sauce, pirogi with sour cream, peas and carrots, bread with margarine, banana cake (angel food cake available) and milk.
Tuesday, Feb. 7: Baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, succotash, wheat roll with margarine, pineapple chunks and milk.

Trumbull county
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
