Aut Mori Grotto seats officers



CANFIELD -- Glenn T. McClain, newly elected monarch of Aut Mori Grotto M.O.V.P.E.R., was installed during a ceremony that took place Jan. 11 at the Shangri La.
Inducted as his associate officers were: Carmen Pompeli, chief justice; Joe Humansky, master of ceremonies; Sean Craig, treasurer; Ron Craig, secretary; Jack Fay, venerable prophet; Gary Farrant, orator; Tom Wright, chaplain; Clair Reedy, marshal; Jay Kocak, captain of the guard; and J.J. Losasso and Gordy Frame, sentinels.
Seated as members of the board of trustees were Ed Grisa, T.J. Perren, Losasso, Darin Brindiar and Mike Dankovitch, and installed to the Ottorg Board were Cecil Greenaway and Phil Welce.
McClain is a member of Argus Masonic Lodge 545; an active member, known as "Harlee," of the Aut Mori Grotto Clown Unit; and a member of the circus executive committee.
McClain retired from General Motors after 35 years of service, and he and his wife, Peggy, live in Canfield. They have three children and one grandchild.
The Grotto, an international organization of master Masons, contribute to cerebral palsy and dentistry for physically challenged children through age 17. The local chapter meets the first Wednesday of each month.
