YSU business college sets two open-house sessions



YOUNGSTOWN -- The Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University will host open houses for prospective students from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday and 8:30 a.m. to noon Feb. 4.
Presentations will be made in accounting, advertising/public relations, business economics, finance, general administration, human resource management, international business, management information systems and marketing.
Accounting, business administration/management, economics/finance and marketing management are among the top 10 most in-demand college majors, according to both AccountingWeb.com and the Job Outlook 2005 Survey, conducted by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
Internship opportunities and leadership activities will be discussed, and students will meet faculty, current business students and alumni. Academic advisers will be on hand to answer questions, and campus tours will be available.
