Police: Woman made terroristic threats

NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- City police have charged a Volant woman with threatening another woman with a gun.
Holly Eppinger, 27, of Leesburg-Volant Road, faces charges of making terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and carrying a firearm without a license.
Police said Eppinger went to an Agnew Street home at 12:37 p.m. Tuesday and started screaming for a man to come outside. The female victim went out and told Eckert to leave and the two got into a verbal argument followed by some shoving.
Police said Eppinger went to her car and got a gun as the other woman went into the house. Pennsylvania State Police arrested Eppinger a short time later on Pa. Route 18.
