XJennifer and William Miller of Estero, Fla., are announcing the birth of their second daughter, Abigail Reese, Dec. 28 at Health Park of the Lee County Memorial Hospitals in Fort Myers, Fla. Grandparents of the infant are James and Leah Maselli of Girard and Debi Miller and William Miller, both of Youngstown.
