Age of slain student mistaken in report

COLUMBUS (AP) -- In a Jan. 19 story about an arrest in a 1994 slaying, The Associated Press, relying on information from police, reported erroneously that the victim, Stephanie Hummer, was 19. She was 18, according to a copy of her death certificate filed with the Ohio Department of Health.
