Jan. 12
Attempted breaking and entering: Someone tried to break into EB Games, 813 Boardman-Poland Road.
Vandalism: Someone reported that eight spotlights were damaged at a Boardman development owned by Mill Creek Homes.
Drugs: A 34-year-old Poland woman was arrested in the 100 block of Boardman-Canfield Road and charged with possession of drugs.
Drugs: Boardman police arrested a Youngstown man, 36, at Forum Health Northside Medical Center, Youngstown, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property, a felony.
Drugs: Police apprehended a 21-year-old Campbell man near Cook Avenue and Dover Road. He was charged with possession of drugs (marijuana), obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
Arrests: Police arrested two Youngstown men, 18 and 52, at FedEx Kinko's, 48 Boardman-Poland Road. The older man was wanted on a warrant charging him with criminal trespass; the teen was wanted on a traffic warrant.

Robbery: A Youngstown man told police he was robbed while at Lake Park Cemetery, 1459 E. Midlothian Blvd.
Theft: A woman discovered mail stolen from her residence in the 200 block of Waggaman Circle.
Deception: A man in the 5100 block of Southern Boulevard told police someone obtained his prescription without the victim's consent.
Criminal damage: A man in the 6700 block of Bluebird Lane noticed a window to his van was broken.
Felonious assault: Officers picked up a Boardman woman, 28, near Shields Road and Lockwood Boulevard and charged her with felonious assault after a Lockwood Boulevard man told police he had been stabbed.
Arrest: A 22-year-old Youngstown man was arrested in the 7300 block of Southern Boulevard and charged with receiving stolen property and two counts of possession of criminal tools, all felonies.
Theft: A Youngstown woman, 20, was charged with theft at the J.C. Penney store in the Southern Park Mall.
Arrest: Police took a 30-year-old Youngstown man into custody near Hillman Way and Mistletoe Avenue. Charges were possession of drugs and operating a vehicle under the influence.
Jan. 14
Theft: Groceries were stolen from Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive.
Theft: Police arrested a 17-year-old Youngstown girl on a theft count. She was accused of stealing clothing from Kohl's, 383 Boardman-Poland Road.
Stolen property: A Youngstown man, 50, and a Cortland man, 45, were arrested at the Southern Park Mall after being accused of concealing property stolen from the Hallmark store there. The older man also was charged with possession of criminal tools after police say he had wire cutters for criminal purposes.
Criminal mischief: A woman in the 4400 block of South Avenue reported someone tossed eggs at her vehicle.
Domestic violence: A Boardman man, 27, surrendered to police and was charged with domestic violence after a Banbury Drive woman reported being a victim.
Theft: Officers arrested a 31-year-old Youngstown man on charges of theft and resisting arrest. He was accused of taking two bags of dog food from Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive, and fleeing.
Criminal damage: A man in the 3300 block of Flora Lane found his car's driver's-side window smashed.
Citation: A 24-year-old Boardman man was cited during a traffic stop on a count of possession of marijuana after police say they found suspected marijuana.
Arrests: While responding to a fight at the Skate Connection, 7080 Tiffany Blvd., police arrested a boy and a girl, both 17 and both from Campbell. The girl was charged with assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and failure to disperse; the boy faced one count of obstructing official business after officers say he provided false information during the investigation.

Breaking and entering: A woman discovered someone broke into her home in the 4000 block of Bob-O-Link Drive.
Arrest: Police apprehended a 41-year-old Youngstown man near U.S. Route 224 and South Avenue on a warrant charging him with two counts of passing bad checks. He also faced charges of receiving stolen property, a felony, and driving under suspension.
Theft: A woman in the 7300 block of Southern Boulevard reported the theft of motorcycle parts.
Arrest: Police arrested a 29-year-old Boardman man after learning he was wanted on a warrant charging him with intimidation of a witness.

Breaking and entering: A man noticed someone broke into his home in the 3900 block of Hopkins Road.
Theft/criminal damage: A man in the 3900 block of Stratmore Avenue discovered his car had been broken into and a compact-disc player removed. Also, a man in the 4000 block reported a theft from his vehicle.
Theft: Police arrested a Youngstown man, 59, on a theft charge after cologne was stolen from Sears in the Southern Park Mall.
Criminal mischief: A man in the 7400 block of West Boulevard told police someone used nails to damage his vehicle's tires on four occasions.
Domestic violence: A 27-year-old man was arrested at his Clifton Drive residence on a domestic-violence charge after a woman there reported being a victim.
