Jane Lewis, above, of Cortland sews a bunting, an infant garment, at the monthly meeting of Howland Happy Stitchers. They meet at Living Lord Lutheran Church in Warren and are one of eight neighborhoods of the Niles Chapter of the American Sewing Guild. They donate the buntings to crisis pregnancy centers and Salvation Army posts in the Mahoning Valley. At Tuesday's meeting, Effie Welch, far left, of Warren and Connie Husk of Cortland worked together on buntings. At right, Helen Milaves of Niles cut material for a garment.
