ADA, O. -- Westminster College competed at the Ohio Northern Invitational.
For the men, senior Adam Hadbavny placed second in the shot put with a school indoor record toss of 48-8, trailing only Evan Whiting of Division IIi Findlay (49-7 1/4).
The Lady Titans were paced by sophomore Jessica Cooper (Laurel H.S.), who tied for second in the high jump (5-0) and third in the triple jump (33-2 1/2), while also placing eighth in both the 500 meter run (1:35.38) and the long jump (14-1 3/4). Freshman Amanda Smallhoover (Coraopolis/Montour H.S.) added a fifth-place finish in the high jump (4-10 1/2). Freshman Veronica Geretz was seventh in both the 500 meter run (1:27.27) and the 55 meter hurdles (10.19). Freshman Brittany Donegan (Mohawk H.S.) was seventh in the triple jump (28-2 1/4) and ninth in the long jump (14-1).
