Man to answer several charges

BOARDMAN -- A 21-year-old man will be in court next week to face misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, obstructing official business and marijuana possession.
Jamar Young of Campbell also was cited for driving under suspension and having fictitious plates. He is to appear Tuesday in Mahoning County Area Court.
On Thursday morning, a police officer saw Young driving on South Avenue at Mathews Road in a car that didn't match the registration and stopped the car.
Young got out, and when the officer told him to get back into the car, he threw his car keys to the ground, a police report said. He then jumped a nearby fence, running toward Moyer Avenue and ignoring the officer's orders to stop.
Another officer arrived and found Young in the area of Dover Road and Cook Avenue. A small amount of marijuana was found in his pants pocket.
There was also a warrant for Young from Youngstown Police for failure to appear.
