ALLIANCE -- Poland High graduate Eric Fender scored a career-high 20 points and hit a 3-pointer with 2.8 seconds left to lift Mount Union. Fender's big day included 7-of-9 shooting from the field, 4-of-5 on 3-pointers, making both of his free throws and adding five rebounds, four assists and two steals in 31 minutes. Kyle Karpinski had 10 points and 11 rebounds for Mount Union (5-10, 4-4) and Luke Conley added 12 points. Eric Stirling led the Quakers with 13 points.
Waynesburg 70, Grove City 60
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- Sophomore guard Shawn Carr (Mohawk) had 12 points and 11 rebounds for Grove City (5-10, 1-1 PAC). The Wolverines had 23 turnovers and shot 33 percent. Waynesburg is 8-6, 1-2.
Wittenberg 83, Hiram 41
SPRINGFIELD, Ohio -- Kenny Brady scored 18 points and Wittenberg outrebounded Hiram by 40. Daniel Russ had 15 points and 11 rebounds and Dane Borchers had 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Tigers (13-1, 4-1 North Coast Conference). T.C. Spencer led Hiram (3-12, 1-5) with 11 points. Michael McDevitt (Lisbon) added six points.
Thomas More 92, Thiel 84
GREENVILLE, Pa. -- Thiel freshman James Beedle (McDonald) had 15 points and five assists, while junior forward Brad Bowman (Ursuline) added 11 points and nine rebounds for Thiel (2-12, 0-2 PAC). Brandon Bolden had 20 points for Thomas More (1-14, 1-2).

WEST CHESTER, Pa. -- Jamar Scales had 14 points and six rebounds and Dejan Jancic added 12 points and seven rebounds for The Rock (1-14), which lost its 13th straight.

Hiram 65, Wooster 64
HIRAM -- Junior Abbey Gorby (East Palestine) scored a career-high 20 points to lead Hiram (7-6, 2-4) to its first victory over Wooster since the 2000-01 season and just the third overall against the Scots since 1988. Cassie Bedard added 16 points.
Grove City 57, Waynesburg 48
Elyse Bogusz scored 21 points and Rachel McCoy (Beaver Local) added 15 for Grove City (6-9, 2-0 PAC), which won its 22nd straight over Waynesburg. Katie Lewandowski scored 17 points to lead Waynesburg (8-8, 0-3).
Slippery Rock 51, West Chester 50
WEST CHESTER, Pa. -- KellyAnn Staudinger scored on a layup as time expired for The Rock (7-8). Jessica Schake added 14 points and six rebounds for Slippery Rock. West Chester is 4-11.

GREENVILLE, Pa. -- Amber Bodrick (Mooney) had 29 points and 11 rebounds for Thiel (3-12, 1-1), which nearly overcame a 16-point second half deficit. Brooke Warner had 18 points, nine rebounds and five assists for Thomas More (11-4, 3-0). Nicole Valentino had 17 points and five rebounds in the loss.
Wilmington 55, Mount Union 43
WILMINGTON, Ohio -- Kelly Peters scored 16 points and Katie Streck added 12 to lead Wilmington College (11-4, 6-2). Alicia Williams scored 16 points for the Purple Raiders (9-6, 4-4).
Washington & amp; Jefferson 83, Bethany 65
BETHANY, W.Va. -- Bethany senior Jenny Place (Badger) had 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Bison (5-11, 1-2). Leigh Sulkowski had 32 points to become the all-time leading scorer at W & amp;J (12-3, 2-1). Sulkowski now has 965 points.
