INDICTMENTS MAHONING COUNTY
A Mahoning County grand jury handed up these indictments Thursday:
Nino Carosella, 24, of Struthers Road, New Middletown; forgery.
Michael Bell, 20, Hudson Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated burglary, attempted rape, rape (three counts), kidnapping (three counts).
Joseph Cercone, 20, North Beacon Drive, Austintown; assault.
Rodney J. Yanvari, 36, Sixth Street, Campbell; aggravated vehicular assault.
James M. Mrofchak, 34, West Second Street, Girard; attempted theft, breaking and entering, receiving stolen property.
Roger D. Gaskins, 27, Hood Drive, Canfield; aggravated assault.
David Venable, 39, Oxford Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine, possession of heroin with forfeiture specifications.
Anthony F. Orlando, 35, Marion Drive, Poland; receiving stolen property.
John C. Houser II, 20, Broadway and Hillman streets, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
Robert B. Lundy, 22, Wabash Avenue, Youngstown; improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, illegal possession of a weapon or weapons.
Jessica Stamp, 23, Walnut Grove Circle, Struthers; burglary.
Andray Lee, 18, East Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated robbery with firearm specification.
Benny J. Bryant III, 25, Grosvenor Road, Cleveland Heights; passing bad checks.
Anthony Caulton, 24, Hawthorne Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine with forfeiture specification.
Michael Sabella, 49, Belmont Avenue, Youngstown; illegal use of food stamps (two counts), telecommunications fraud, possessing criminal tools.
Anne R. Massulo-Sabella, 40, Belmont Avenue, Youngstown; illegal use of food stamps.
Mary J. Sabella, 75, Belmont and Upland avenues, Youngstown; illegal use of food stamps.
The grand jury also issued one secret indictment against a John Doe for aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery with firearm specifications. That person will be named later.
