Norris anniversary is observed at family luncheon

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. David S. Norris Jr. of Youngstown are being honored today during a luncheon at their home on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Hosts for the event are their children and their spouses, David and Annie Norris, William and Janice Norris, Timothy and Laurie Norris and Kenneth Norris, and by Mel Adams. There are six grandchildren and two stepgrandchildren in the family.
The former Nancy L. Hermes and Mr. Norris were married Jan. 4, 1956, at St. Edward Church. They moved to Germany, where he was stationed with the U.S. Army for a year, then returned to Youngstown.
Mr. Norris was a weighmaster with Youngstown Sheet and Tube Co. prior to retiring in 1981.
Mrs. Norris is an administrative assistant with Teamsters Local 377.
