Wellman-Garwood troth announced; wedding to take place in the fall

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Janet L. Wellman and James Garwood, both of 3461 Risher Road, are announcing their engagement.
The bride-elect is a daughter of James and Faye Bondor, 98 Bouquet Ave., and JoAnn Wellman of Follansbee, W.Va. Her father, Ronald Wellman, is deceased.
Parents of the future groom are Ronald and Linda Garwood of Girard.
Miss Wellman, a health-care associate with St. Elizabeth Medical Center, is also training with the Howland Fire Department.
Mr. Garwood is an account representative with Rentway in Warren.
The couple will issue invitations for the wedding they are planning for the fall at Mill Creek Park and for their reception at the Slippery Rock Pavilion, both in Youngstown.
