FORTY YEARS AGO: A little bit of Hollywood came to Youngstown Feb. 25, 1966, for the Ohio premiere of "A Patch of Blue," held in the hometown of one of its stars, Elizabeth "Biff" Hartman. At the age of 22, she won a Golden Globe and was nominated for an Academy Award for her portrayal of a blind girl opposite Sidney Poitier. She died in Pittsburgh in 1987.
