'Dine 'n' Shine' event set for seniors
Westminster College seniors are invited to attend the 10th annual "Dine 'n' Shine" event at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Witherspoon Room in McKelvey Campus Center.
Dr. Cary Horvath, professor of communications at Youngstown State University, will speak about "The Finesse of Business Dining," and Ralph Dise, a 1974 Westminster graduate and CEO and president of Dise and Co., will talk about "Making the Most of Your First Job." Roberta Laird (Class of '76), independent local evaluator for Even Start, will talk about "Volunteerism and Westminster Connections."
The event also features a style show of business attire modeled by 10 Westminster students, including David Colella of New Castle, Susan Soroka of Boardman, and William Sadler of Youngstown. Their clothing and shoes for the show are on loan courtesy of these Grove City Prime Outlet stores: Kasper ASL Limited, Haggar Clothing Co. and Rockport Shoes.
The dinner is sponsored by the Westminster College Career Center and Alumni Relations Office.
