Federal offices: U.S. Post Office, Youngstown and Warren, closed; Federal Bankruptcy Court, closed; District Court, closed.
Schools: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle and Youngstown Diocese, closed.
Universities: Youngstown State and Kent State Trumbull Campus, open.
Western Reserve Transit Authority: Saturday schedule.
Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, open; Warren-Trumbull, closed.
Stock market: Butler Wick & amp; Co., closed.
Banks: Charter One, Cortland Banks, Farmers National Bank, First National Bank, Home Federal Savings & amp; Loan, Niles, Home Savings & amp; Loan, Key Bank, National City of Ohio, National City of Pennsylvania, Sky Bank, closed; Bank One and US Bank in Poland, Boardman, Canfield and Warren area, open; First Place Bank, Warren, branches closed, in stores, open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
