FROM THE HEART: Randy and Cindy Viands embrace in the driveway of their Shrewsbury, Pa., home. While shoveling snow Sunday, Viands thought of an idea to make his wife smile for Valentine's Day. "It's better than candy and jewelry because it's from the heart," his wife said. The two have been married for 28 years. Viands had plenty of material to create the gift: Fourteen inches of snow fell on the area Sunday.
