McConahy-Reel troth announced, wedding planned

XCANFIELD -- Announced by Kenneth and Mary Ann Reel, 5655 Kirk Road, is the engagement of their son, Matthew Alan Reel, 1226 Signature Drive, Austintown, and Jennifer Michele McConahy, a daughter of James and Marsha McConahy, all of New Castle, Pa.
Miss McConahy graduated from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., with a master's degree in education and from the Bank Marketing and Management Program at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Colo. She is a corporate communication manager with First National Bank in Hermitage, Pa.
Mr. Reel is employed by Canfield School District as a teacher at Canfield High School. He earned a master's degree in education at Westminster College.
The couple will be married during an open ceremony at 4 p.m. Aug. 11 at Smith Corners United Methodist Church, Austintown. Their reception will be held by invitation at Avion on the Water.
