MAHONING COUNTY
Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A 2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, Jan. 3: Salisbury steak with gravy, diced oven-browned potatoes, lima beans, biscuit with margarine, pineapple upside-down cake (angel food cake with unsweetened vanilla pudding available) and milk.
Thursday, Jan. 4: Grilled chicken with vegetable gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, wheat bread with margarine, regular or unsweetened diced pears and milk.
Friday, Jan. 5: Barbecued riblet, white rice with soy sauce, Chinese mixed vegetables, Diamond Jim bun, regular or unsweetened mandarin oranges and milk.
Saturday, Jan. 6: Turkey and Swiss cheese on wheat bread with mayonnaise, potato salad, orange juice, pretzels and milk.
Monday, Jan. 8: Penne pasta and meatballs with Parmesan cheese, Italian mixed vegetables, health salad, garlic toast, regular or unsweetened chocolate chip cookie and milk.
Tuesday, Jan. 9: Beef patty with onion gravy, baked squash, Harvard beets, wheat bread with margarine, regular or unsweetened fruited gelatin salad and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is 1.25 per meal.
