WACO, Texas -- Latara Darrett and Latoya Wyatt each scored 13 points to lead Baylor to its ninth straight victory. Danielle Wilson had 12 points and 12 rebounds for the Lady Bears (12-1). Boardman High graduate Amber Bland led the Lady Aggies (6-5) with 17 points.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Camille Little had 17 points and 13 rebounds to help North Carolina win its 14th straight game. Erlana Larkins added 15 points and 13 rebounds, and Ivory Latta had 16 points for North Carolina (14-0). Raquel Collier had 10 points for Delaware State (4-6).

SAN DIEGO -- Kimberly Beck scored 18 points to help George Washington upset Georgia in the first round of the Surf 'N Slam Classic. George Washington (10-2) pulled away with a 12-1 run in the second half against the sloppy Bulldogs (11-2). The Colonials scored 23 points off 24 Georgia turnovers. Georgia's Tasha Humphrey had 16 points and eight rebounds before fouling out.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Katie Gearlds scored 22 points and broke the Purdue record for career 3-pointers in the Big Ten opener for both teams. Gearlds was 5-of-9 from 3-point range to push her career total to 186 and break the mark of 183 set by Stephanie White from 1996-99. Erin Lawless added 18 points, and Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton had eight points, 12 rebounds and six blocks for Purdue (12-2). Kelly Helvey led Michigan (7-7) with nine points.

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Rene Haynes scored 20 points, and Allyssa DeHaan blocked nine shots to set game and season records for Michigan State. Haynes also had eight rebounds, four assists and three steals for the Spartans (10-2) in the Big Ten opener for both teams. DeHaan broke her own single-game mark of eight blocks and erased WNBA veteran Kristen Rasmussen's season record of 57 by three. The 6-foot-9 freshman also had 10 points, all in the second half, and 10 rebounds. Nikki Smith and Kim Roberson each had 12 points for Indiana (11-3).

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Donica Cosby scored 23 points, and Lauren Ervin had 17 points, 16 rebounds and eight blocks to lead Arkansas. Cosby punctuated Arkansas school-record 14-1 start with a 3-pointer at the buzzer -- her fourth in four attempts from beyond the arc. Arkansas was 9-of-13 from the 3-point line, hitting its first six of the game. Dominique Washington scored 19 points for Arkansas. Treasure Humphries led Cincinnati (9-3) with 25 points.
