Dominique Telfair, 7, unwraps a gift as she talks with Youngstown Mayor Jay Williams, whose leg is just visible in the photograph at left. The mayor and his wife, Sonja, delivered gifts to families taking shelter at the Beatitude House in the city Thursday. In the photograph above, Williams talks with Austin Hoschar, 2, as the child clutches two gifts. Williams bought the gifts with funds left over from his inaugural ball last January.
