Temelkoffs mark 50th jubilee at luncheon

NORTH CANTON -- Mr. and Mrs. Tom Temelkoff of 6741 Bridgestone Circle N.E., formerly of Canfield, were honored Nov. 26 at a champagne luncheon at Prestwick Country Club in Uniontown in celebration of their golden wedding anniversary.
Hosts for the event were the couple's children and their spouses, Linda and Mark Schuller of North Canton, Tom and Karen Temelkoff of Chicago, Todd and Paula Temelkoff of North Canton and Tim and Stephanie Temelkoff of Columbus. Eleven grandchildren complete their family.
The Temelkoffs were married Nov. 10, 1956, at St. John's Episcopal Church in Youngstown, where they are members.
Mrs. Temelkoff, the former Vonda Lee Hopkins, retired in 1999 from the Austintown Local School District, where she was a teacher and counselor. She is a member of various education and professional organizations and is a board member of the Canton Fine Arts Association.
Her husband was in sales with Youngstown Buick-Pontiac-GMC in Boardman prior to retiring in 2005. He has served on numerous church and community organization committees.
