XBOARDMAN -- St. James Meeting House at Boardman Township Park was the setting Nov. 11 for the 1:30 p.m. wedding of Danielle Penwell and John Schiraldi.
Parents of the bride are Daniel and Connie Penwell, 2396 Bedford Road, Lowellville, and Marcia Penwell, 37 16th St., Campbell. Mr. Schiraldi is a son of John and Joyce Schiraldi, 372 W. Liberty St., Hubbard.
A reception followed at Avion on the Water in Canfield.
The couple honeymooned at Riviera Maya, Mexico, and are living at 24 S. Main St., Hubbard.
Stacey Thomas of Lowellville was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Jill Burnett of Grapevine, Texas; Carrie Thomas and Courtney Malagisi, both of Wake Forest, N.C., the bride's stepsisters; and Stacy Grant of Lowellville. They wore chocolate-colored gowns. Judith Landsberger of Amherst was flower girl.
The groom's brother, Brian Schiraldi of Hubbard, performed the duties of best man, and serving as groomsmen were another brother of the groom, Tim Schiraldi of Hubbard; the bride's brother, Shawn Penwell of Lowellville; her stepbrother, Charles Malagisi of Columbus; and David Burnett of Grapevine. The bride's nephew, Isaac Morgan of Wake Forest, was ring bearer.
Mrs. Schiraldi is employed as a customer-service representative at Sky Bank in Struthers and as a sales associate at Gorant's Candies in Boardman.
Her husband works at Murphy Electric in Masury and is an assistant baseball coach at Hubbard High School.
