Family vacation held for Peters 50th anniversary

YOUNGSTOWN --Mr. and Mrs. William Peters of Youngstown observed their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 1.
The occasion was celebrated during a summer vacation at the Outer Banks with their children, Mark and Joan Peters, Bill and Vicki Peters, Michael and Carol Peters, David and Michelle Peters, and Bill and Lisa Gura, and their 12 grandchildren.
Mr. Peters and the former Emily Lupo were married Dec. 1, 1956, at St. Lawrence Church in Hillsville, Pa.
Mr. Peters retired from Ohio Edison Co. after 41 years of service. Mrs. Peters is employed at the YMCA.
