Saturday, August 26, 2006 KRISTY LUDT JAMES ERNST PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — Living at 141 Hidden Hollow Terrace after their return from a wedding trip to St. Lucia are James Ernst and his bride, the former Kristy Ludt, who were united in marriage July 15 at Trinity United Methodist Church. The 5 p.m. ceremony was officiated by the Rev. David Durwood, and a formal reception was held afterward at Frenchman's Reserve Country Club. The bride is a daughter of Jeff and Paula Ludt, 120 Massachusetts Ave., Poland, and parents of the groom are Joe and Patty Ernst, 10260 Dogwood Ave. The bride wore a strapless white satin gown and carried a clutch bouquet of white roses. Black gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Courtney Ludt, and the bridesmaids, Natalie and Shelby Ludt, also sisters of the bride; Alexa Franzese, her cousin; Jeneen Mangel; and Erin Erickson. Flower girl was the groom's niece, Summer Ernst. The duties of best man were shared by the groom's brothers, Joe and John Ernst, and serving as groomsmen were Patrick Gambale, Chris Fleming, Danny Novarro and Justis St. John. Ring bearer was a nephew of the groom, Alec Ernst. The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in education. She is a first-grade teacher at Lighthouse Elementary School in Jupiter, Fla. The groom, a financial adviser with Banc of America in West Palm Beach, Fla., graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in business.
