Youngstown drug dealer gets 4 years in prison

YOUNGSTOWN -- Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court sentenced a West Side drug dealer to four years in prison and suspended his driver's license for four years after his release.
The judge also ordered Michael D. Johntony, 26, of South Schenley Avenue, to forfeit $29,849 police said they seized in a raid at his residence in March. The money will be divided between the county prosecutor's office and the Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force.
Johntony pleaded guilty in June to two counts of drug trafficking and one count of drug possession. The charges stem from sale or attempted sale of OxyContin and methadone between Jan. 1, 2005, and March 16.
Besides the cash, police said they seized 451 OxyContin tablets and 60 methadone tablets, which they said had a street value of $21,600, and six guns during the raid.
