Monday, August 21, 2006 Village: A four-week, multilanguage international camp for 11-year-olds that has a mix of educational, cultural and sporting activities and emphasizes cooperative global and intercultural living. Each village features delegations from 12 countries consisting of two girls, two boys and an adult leader. Interchange: Set up for 12- to 15-year-olds to deepen their understanding of other cultures by allowing them to live as family members. Offers group activities and takes place over one or two years. International Summer Camp: A three-week offering similar to the village program, but it is designed for youths 13 to 15. Focuses on a specific educational theme. Seminar Camp: An intensive three-week program in which 17- and 18-year-olds are encouraged to form opinions regarding individual, intercultural and international matters as well as positive conflict resolution abilities. International Youth meeting: A six- to 14-day regional theme camp designed to provide opportunities for young people to explore intercultural issues and promote continued CISV participation.
