YOUNGSTOWN -- Riviera Maya, Mexico, was the honeymoon destination of Thomas Eugene Lawson II and his bride, the former Stacie Ann Lemke, both of 3133 Meanderwood Drive, Canfield, who were married at 1:30 p.m. July 15 at St. Maron Church.
The Rev. Gary George officiated at the wedding, and the couple were honored during a reception at the Maronite Center.
Mary Ann and Keith Lemke, 2452 Frostwood Drive, are parents of the bride, and the groom is a son of Frances and Robert Lawson, 3505 Lenox Ave.
Cherry-colored gowns were worn by the bride's sisters and honor attendants, Stephanie Hamilla and Ashlee Lemke, and the bridesmaids, Jeane Lawson, the groom's sister; Theresa D'Angelo; Lauren Baluch; Chrissy Campana; Lindsay Hammond; Jennifer Chance; and Sara Gleydura.
Serving as best men were Michael Hess and the groom's cousin, Adam Fadell, and groomsmen were Kurt Lemke and Craig Lemke, brothers of the bride; Nate Hamilla, her brother-in-law; Raman Pocztar; Rob Baluch; Phil Glintsis and Doug McIntyre, the groom's brother. Guests were ushered by Mike Lawson, the groom's brother.
The bride and groom graduated from Youngstown State University with bachelor's degrees, hers in applied science and his in engineering. Mrs. Lawson is a therapist with Sharon Regional Hospital, and Mr. Lawson is a powerhouse repairman with General Motors Corp. in Lordstown.
