NEW MIDDLETOWN -- St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church was the setting as Lynn-Marie DeLuco and John Popa exchanged nuptial vows during a 2 p.m. ceremony on July 22. Their marriage was solemnized by the Rev. Nicholas Shori.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony F. DeLuco, 10470 Sycamore Hill Court, and son of Paul and Valerie Noble, 1130 Sharrott Run Place, North Lima and the late Arnold J. Popa, were honored during an evening reception at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
After a wedding trip to Hollywood, Fla., they live at 180 Lakeshore Drive, Struthers.
The bride's strapless white gown of delustered satin had a corset back and sweep train and was enhanced with bugle beads, sequins and pearls.
Beth-Ann Marco of Poland, the bride's sister and honor attendant, wore a periwinkle gown, and the groom's sister-in-law and bridesmaid, Yvonne Popa of Mineral Ridge, wore a rosepetal gown.
George Popa of Mineral Ridge was best man for his brother, and groomsman was his stepfather. Ushers were the bride's uncle, Charles Hudak, and her cousin, Charley Hudak, both of Hubbard.
Mrs. Popa graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University. She is an administrative assistant with Youngstown Central Area Community Improvement Corp., Youngstown.
Mr. Popa, an account sales manager with Pepsi Americas, Youngstown, graduated from YSU with an associate in business administration.
