Panic program
YOUNGSTOWN -- Panic Relief Inc., a nonprofit educational orgaization, will hold a program from noon to 1 p.m. Mondays and 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays in Youngstown to teach those suffering from panic, anxiety and agoraphobia how to cope with the disorders. TV lessens activity
The more television you watch, the less active you will be, suggests a study in the American Journal of Public Health. Participants spent an average 3.6 hours a day in front of the TV; each hour they watched accounted for 144 fewer steps.
