Mahoning County
A grand jury declined to indict Edward Johnson on charges of receiving stolen property and obstructing official business. The grand jury did indict these people in a report issued Thursday:
Darrius Easterly, 21, Norwood Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault, aggravated robbery with firearm specification, illegal possession of a weapon or weapons.
Louie Henderson Jr., 58, Jacobs Road, Youngstown; possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sarah Fannon, 20, Woodland Drive, New Middletown; possession of heroin.
Charles R. Morjock, 21, Springfield Road, Poland; burglary, vandalism.
Shane L. Johnson, 37, West Judson Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in cocaine (five counts), possession of cocaine.
Douglas E. Liston, 46, Main Street, New Middletown; burglary, possessing criminal tools.
Norman Moore Jr., 43, Woodford Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Rashun Tennant, 19, Magnolia Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in counterfeit controlled substance.
Bernard S. Perez, 37, Albert Street, Youngstown; possession of cocaine (two counts).
Edward Newsome, 31, Glenwood Avenue, Youngstown; theft, forgery.
Kenneth Cochran Jr., 28, Brookline Avenue, Youngstown; obstructing justice.
Jessica L. Price, 23, North Wickliffe Circle, Austintown; receiving stolen property, misuse of credit cards.
Valerie A. Dieter, 27, Monroe Street, Campbell; misuse of credit cards.
John D. Hafner, 27, Murray Avenue, Minerva; misuse of credit cards (two counts), forgery (two counts).
Kathy Clawson aka Kathy Gayan-Clawson, 41, Straley Lane, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Kevin Randall aka Keith Glenn, 44, Woodcrest Avenue, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Alex Mitchell, 19, Parkwood Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Al Rufus Saulino, 44, Idlewood Avenue, Youngstown; burglary.
Kimberly Hornyak, 37, South Salem-Warren Road, North Jackson; endangering children.
Preston Pryor, 42, West LaClede Avenue, Youngstown; failure to notify change of address.
The grand jury also issued two secret indictments -- one against a John Doe for one count of murder with firearm and repeat violent offender specifications, the other against two Jane Does for one count of aggravated murder. Their identities will be released after they are arrested.
