Christopher Wright, 27, of Birch Road, East Liverpool, possession of drugs.
James R. Flowers, 29, of Park Avenue, New Waterford, possession of drugs.
Jeremy W. Schrader, 19, of East Sixth Street, Salem, burglary.
Donald L. Johnson, 54, of Dresden Avenue, East Liverpool, receiving stolen property.
James L. Dattilio, 53, of Slater Road, Salem, three counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
